Personal data protection

Erika Leksová, with its registered office at Malhostovice 14, Malhostovice, 66603, Czech Republic, identification number 75692091, a natural person conducting a business activity pursuant to the Trade Licensing Act, not entered in the commercial register (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Controller"), processes the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):  

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address/registered office
• Company identification number, VAT identification number

1. The aforementioned personal data must be processed to handle orders and other performance under the contract if a purchase agreement is concluded between you and the Seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

The Seller also processes this data for the purpose of recording the contract and any future assertion and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The storage and processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the realization of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the storage of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation - processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.  

1. The Buyer may be sent news and other commercial communications to their email address or phone number, this procedure is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on information society services, if the Buyer does not reject it. These communications can be unsubscribed at any time in any way - for example, by sending an email or clicking on a link in the commercial communication.
2. The processing of personal data is carried out by Erika Leksová, i.e., the controller of personal data. The following processors also process personal data for this controller:

• Flexumshop.com service provider operated by Bohemiasoft s.r.o, Rudolfovská tř. 247/85, 37001 České Budějovice
• Persons involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment realization based on the contract
• Google Analytics - records cookies and website usage
• Google Adwords - records cookies and website usage
• SKLIK, ZBOŽÍ.CZ, HEUREKA - not used in my e-shop

5. The controller does not have a designated data protection officer. The controller can be contacted at the email address info@ejdesign.cz

6. As the operator of the website www.ejdesign.cz, the controller of personal data uses cookies on this website.

7. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and which the web browser provides each time the user returns to the site. Standard web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) support cookie management. Within the browser settings, you can manually delete individual cookies, block them, or completely disable their use; they can also be blocked or allowed only for individual websites. For more detailed information, please refer to your browser's help. If your browser allows the use of cookies, we will assume that you agree to the use of cookies from our server and the cookies of our processors.  

8. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

• Measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding website traffic and visitor behavior
• Basic website functionality
• The collection of cookies for the purposes stated above may be considered as the processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, and is permitted by Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
• Cookies collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding website traffic and visitor behavior are evaluated in the form of a collective whole and in an anonymous form that does not allow the identification of an individual.
• Collected cookie files may be processed by other processors:
• Google Analytics service provider, operated by Google Inc., with its registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
• Or other companies, especially for managing the email list, which the company does not currently use.

9. Please note that according to the Regulation, you have the right to:

• cancel the sending of commercial communications at any time,
• object to processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller,
• request information from us about what personal data we process,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
• request that we delete this personal data, we will delete it if it is not in conflict with applicable laws or the legitimate interests of the controller,
• to data portability, if it is automated processing based on consent or for the purpose of performing a contract,
• request a copy of the processed personal data,
• to an effective judicial remedy if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,
• to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
