Returns Policy
This Complaints Procedure has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, and applies to consumer goods for which the buyer's rights from liability for defects are asserted during the warranty period.
- Warranty Period The warranty period for consumer goods is 24 months and is extended by the period for which the goods were in warranty repair.
- Filing a Complaint The consumer may file a valid complaint in one of the following ways:

- Required Documentation When filing a complaint, the consumer must provide:
- Proof of purchase (tax document, invoice, warranty certificate)
- The defective goods with all accessories
- A detailed description of the defect
- Acknowledgment of Receipt Upon receipt of the goods for complaint at the company's headquarters, the consumer will be issued a receipt.
- Warranty Expiration The warranty claim expires in the event of:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Improper handling and use contrary to the instructions or user manual
- Damage caused by natural forces (e.g., water, fire, lightning, etc.)
- Damage caused by excessive load
- Damage to the goods during transportation (such claims should be addressed directly with the carrier)
- Remedies In the event of a valid complaint, the goods will be repaired for the consumer free of charge. If the defect is irreparable, the goods will be replaced with new ones. In the event of a replacement, a new warranty period begins.
- Complaint Resolution Timeframe The deadline for resolving the complaint, including the removal of the defect, is 30 calendar days without undue delay, unless the parties agree otherwise. This period begins on the date of receipt of the complaint. If the deadline is not met, the consumer has the right to exchange the defective goods or to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This Complaints Procedure enters into force on 26 May 2016. Changes to the Complaints Procedure are reserved.
